Page Personnel HR are working with a manufacturing company in Bury with a global reach. They are recruiting for a Reward Specialist who will join an established HR team and drive change with regards to Reward policy and Payroll. This role is suited to someone with a background in HR, experience in payroll, a data-driven mind and a passion for employee engagement.

They are recruiting for a Reward Specialist who will join an established HR team and facilitate the attraction and retention of employees and drive employee engagement. The role is based in Bury and offers hybrid working.
Description
The key responsibilities for the Reward Specialist are researching and analysing compensation and benefits trends, annual salary bench marking, working with third party providers to support benefits reviews, increasing awareness and accessibility of reward packages, processing UK payrolls, supporting global payrolls, collating data for to process P11ds, P60s, working within third party providers to ensure tax compliance, using HRIS to produce management information and analysis, maintaining HR data to support annual budgets and forecasting, reviewing ways of working, systems and processes. The role is based in Bury.
Profile
The successful candidate will have/be:
- strong background in HR
- previous payroll experience
- CIPD qualification desirable not essential
- strong knowledge of compensation and benefits
- a keen eye for detail and good analytical skills
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- computer literacy with MS Office, particularly Excel
