Learning and Development: Sales Training and Enablement Manager

£60,000 - £65,000

My client are global software business based in West London. Due to an exciting period of growth they are now looking for a Learning and Development Manager to join them to support the Sales population. This role is responsible for delivering Sales training and enablement initiatives to increase the capability and productivity of the global team.

Key duties/responsibilities:

  • Execute a global sales learning and coaching program which is aligned to the sales strategy and regionally by the Sales Leaders
  • Manage Sales Trainers - focus on their ability to deliver effective training and coaching. Include continuous improvement through evaluation and monthly training/coaching
  • Manage the global induction program and sales on-boarding experience, making it scalable to accommodate new hire volumes or work locations
  • Focus on increasing the speed to competency for the sales team by providing regular post-induction sales skills training and coaching programmes which embed core skills, knowledge and experience
  • Build and maintain key relationships, managing stakeholders and obtaining the necessary input from stakeholder and subject matter experts

Key experience/skills:

  • Previous experience supporting a Sales population, ideally across global regions
  • Experience increasing sales effectiveness through the development and delivery of technical, and soft skills capacity
  • Proven experience in designing sales pitches and training decks to support it through content creation or curation
  • Agile thinker who is comfortable working with ambiguity and in a fast-paced environment where change is constant
  • Ideally have worked in a Tech/Software business previously
