Excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter looking for their next challenge within financial services, this firm is looking for a confident individual to join their dynamic team in the city of London.

The team is forward looking, able to understand the changing market and stay ahead of hiring trends. It consists of skilled recruiters with deep business and technical knowledge who can tap into diverse candidate pools and attract top talent into this growing organisation.

The successful individual will be able to combine their industry experience with a vision for further development in a dynamic and supportive environment. They will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service through all internal and external interactions.

Key responsibilities:

• Create unique ways to source candidates directly including the more traditional avenues such as LinkedIn, job boards, internal and external networks.
• Participate in project workstreams to help drive and deliver the future resourcing functions objectives.
• Actively manage relationships with preferred suppliers and ensure supplier selection meet criteria around diversity and candidate experience.
