Oakleaf Partnership are currently partnered with a forward-thinking global investment management firm based in the city of London, who are looking for a seasoned in-house /onsite recruiter to join their highly experienced talent acquisition team.
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in direct sourcing of diverse talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle and a passion for delivery an exceptional service to both hiring managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly sourcing diverse and exceptional talent for the organisation
- Build talent pipelines needed for business growth, succession planning and replacement hires
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Providing guidance to HR, Hiring Managers, and the wider Resourcing team on all resourcing related matters
- Manage the relationships with the preferred suppliers to ensure the correct criteria is met
