Are you a change expert or HR Business Partner wanting to specialise in Change? This newly created role will be based in the People Transformation team of a global organisation to take responsibility for the delivery of ambitious people change projects; acting as a people change expert and supporting the development of people change capability across the business.
Key responsibilities include: Operate as the People Lead for key cross-business transformation projects; providing strategies, solutions and plans across a wide range of areas including operating model and organisation design; culture shift and employee experience; learning and development; employee relations and reward
Act as an expert advisor for change management, coaching and consulting project teams and the wider organisation
Support in the development of change capability across the wider organisation including designing relevant change methodology, tools and skills/behaviours required
Developing, owning and influencing relationships with business leaders, maintaining a visible and proactive presence in the business
Anticipate, identify and manage resistance to change
Lead on trade union negotiations and consultations
Developing the narrative for change to ensure there is a clear message for engagement
To be successful in this role; you must have experience of delivering complex organisational change in the capacity as a People Lead; be a proven influencer of a diverse range of stakeholder groups; possess strong Union negotiation and the ability to challenge and influence business leaders where appropriate to ensure people change activity is delivered successfully, including risk mitigation. You will be a pragmatic, commercial and numerical individual who can work in a sometimes ambiguous environment.
In return, my client is offering a salary of £55,000 - £65,000 + car allowance + excellent benefits and operate a hybrid working model.
