Recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our digital client on a full-time basis for initially 12 months.
Working in a hybrid model (predominately at home) you will report into the Talent Acquisition Manager, working across all departments to deliver an effective end to end recruitment, in line with the business overall recruitment strategy.
This opportunity would suit an in-house recruiter looking to expand their skill set, or an agency tech recruiter looking to utilise their sourcing skills with an internal team.

·Accountable for building and maintaining talent pools for each department, with a view to increasing quality while decreasing time to hire and costs.
·Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
·Provide consultative support and guidance to managers in all areas of recruitment, keeping them informed of the progress on their vacancies.
·Use multiple sourcing channels to find top talent within gaming, technology and marketing.
·Conducting candidate qualification to ensure high calibre candidates are filtered and progressed through a streamlined recruitment process.
·You will have previous experience working as an internal or agency recruiter, with a focus on direct sourcing.
·Previous experience sourcing from mid to senior level roles within gaming, tech or media preferred. Ideally with lower volume, high quality hiring for niche skill sets.
·A strong candidate delivery/resourcing background with excellent analytical skills.
·You'll have bags of confidence to challenge recruitment requirements, business needs and have experience managing stakeholder relationships.
·Experienced using up-to-date sourcing methods.
·Knowledgeable of current recruiting trends.
