The client is a large Not for Profit organisation

Description

As Talent Acquisition Lead you will be responsible for managing a small team and providing an effective Talent Acquisition function. You will be responsible for delivering a the strategic resourcing plans across the organisation, focusing on areas such as Employer Branding, Continuous Improvement and Process efficiencies, developing the team, managing the ATS system, reporting and supporting in the attraction and retention of employees across the organisation

Profile

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a high volume and fast paced environment, managing and developing a small team. You will be organised and able to operate under pressure. You will also be able to deputise for the Head of and provide accurate reporting on all recruitment activities. You will also have excellent stakeholder management skills and able to influence as and where necessary.

On offer for the successful candidate is a competitive salary, hybrid and flexible working, pension, 33 days holiday including bank holidays and life assurance.

This is an exciting opportunity to really add value to a large TA function that deal with particularly high volumes of recruitment.
