Job Details
Oakleaf Partnership are working with a national law firm to find a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
This is a successful firm with an inclusive and supportive culture which creates a highly positive working environment. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work a hybrid week, with around 1-2 days in the office. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and work closely with the wider HR team on a daily basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct the end to end, 360 degree recruitment process.
- Recruit candidates for fee-earning, business services and PA roles, as well as those at graduate level.
- Use direct recruitment tools including to identify and attract candidates and to build a talent pipeline
- Work with hiring managers to develop and agree suitable job specifications
- Build strong working relationships with recruitment agents
- Attend networking events where applicable
- Champion the employee referral scheme
- Maintain the firm's recruitment portal to ensure that each role is kept up to date and provide training to hiring managers.
Key skills needed:
- In-house recruitment experience, ideally gained within professional services, although relevant agency experience will be considered
- Experience recruiting candidates of at all levels of seniority
- Direct sourcing and attraction experience
- Stakeholder management skills
