The Role

We are scaling at a very fast pace and the Talent Acquisition Manager is crucial to our growth plans. We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a good understanding of how to hire great talent while being open to fresh ideas and perspectives - we like to foster a culture of continuous improvement in everything we do. We are looking for a hands-on talent professional for the UK market to help our expansion plans. This will be an individual contributor role at first with opportunity for progression.

Key Requirements:

  • Comfortable working in a global matrix environment
  • Ability to work across multiple roles and streams
  • A good networker with demonstrable experience building long term relationships with candidates
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a consultative approach

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates to full-fil open requisitions
  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures
  • Management of all candidate offers and consultancy contracts
  •  Manage the full recruitment life cycle with an emphasis on great candidate experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop sourcing and attraction strategies to drive top talent
  • Identify recruitment market trends and tools
  • Management of agency vendors and PSL
  •  Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) and MI reporting
  •  Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
  • Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
  •  Coordinate with department manager and leaders to forecast future hiring needs
  •  Coordinate with senior HR and business leadership

 

  • Experience Guidelines:
  •  You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a consulting or BPO organization. Experience of banking and insurance industries is a big plus!
  • 8-10 years Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience
  • You should have experience hiring both technical and non-technical roles at all levels, including leadership roles
  •  Familiarity using sourcing tools such as Linkedin Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems to manage active and passive candidate pools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have pragmatic problem-solving skills
