An interim Recruitment role in Guildford pays c£50K supporting end to end TA in a leading education business.

A leading education business in Guildford. Due to reorganisation, an Interim Recruitment Specialist is required for an initial period of 9 months.
Your new role
Reporting into the Head of Resourcing, you will be responsible for delivering end to end recruitment processes in a wide range of roles, for a wide range of Stakeholders with the aim of reducing agency spend. You will lead on recruitment projects and deliver expertise to the wider HR team. The organisation is in a period of growth, so live role numbers are typically quite high.
- Design and deliver global and regional sourcing campaigns to deliver results on challenging hires.
- Increase talent pooling in line with ED&I commitments.
- Educate Stakeholders on recruitment process.
- Support the development of international approaches.
- Champion ED&I throughout the business.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an Education Business, FE, HE or public sector environment with a commercial edge. You will have led high volume recruitment projects with demonstrable experience in shortening time to hire. You will be immediately / shortly available to commence.
What you'll get in return
