Working within the Talent team, the Talent Acquisition Partner (IT/ Tech) will be a true specialist in their market and be able to provide talent acquisition solutions to drive business results.

Client Details

My client is a leading Commercial business based in Newcastle upon Tyne.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment service delivery and work with the wider Talent team to deliver proactive talent solutions
  • Use proactive recruitment methods to secure the best talent for a range of roles
  • Develop and lead on recruitment assignments with a focus on direct sourcing
  • Build a deep understanding of the relevant talent pools and landscapes
  • Understand supply and demand and key market trends
  • Partner with the HR and L&D teams to drive talent planning and and support through Recruitment activities
  • Deliver senior level recruitment using multiple sourcing channels
  • Conduct targeted headhunting campaigns for specialist and senior roles
  • Work with external recruitment agencies to assign vacancies and manage delivery
  • Use networking tools to strengthen recruitment activities and direct sourcing
  • Use online resources to build talent pipelines
  • Build strategic partnerships with managers, business leaders and hiring managers


Candidate profile:

  • Previous Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition experience, specifically in-house
  • Tech/ IT recruitment experience is essential
  • Experience of leading recruitment campaigns
  • Experience of working with applicant tracking systems
  • Experience of interviewing and candidate selection tools
  • Experience in implementing social media recruitment campaigns
  • Ability to build effective business relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to build talent pipelines
