Your new role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be working alongside our business leaders to identify, attract, assess, and hire great talent. Through the strong relationships you form with hiring managers you will understand their recruitment needs and work closely to find them the best candidates. In addition, you will have a passion for building our employer brand whilst focusing on delivering the very best candidate experience.

Gaining candidate interest in assignment processes by representing our practices and opportunities with compelling and credible messages
Telephone screening of all candidates to assess suitability to specific roles whilst building long-term relationships
Continually challenging and adapting the Hakim way of recruiting to attract the best talents in the industry from an Optical Assistant to a Joint Venture Partner
Creating Hakim Group advocates by providing a memorable candidate experience, using insight and data to continually evolve and drive improvements
Becoming a highly visible expert within the Optical industry, developing our brand and your personal profile
Providing regular management information to report on recruitment activity
Being an ambassador for the organisation by communicating the vision and strategy to attract new candidates

What you'll need to succeed

You'll be a n expert in recruitment , with recent
proven experience either inhouse or an agency
Strong stakeholder management skills with the
ability to engage and influence others
Excellent knowledge of all aspects of recruitment
and progressive recruitment methods, systems and
Proven track record of delivering a consistent
recruitment experience end to end for both
candidate & hiring manager
Ability to manage multiple vacancies efficiently with
pace and a high success rate
Social media savvy able to reach key talent
without the need for agencies
Adept at working and maintaining Applicant
Tracking Systems & building strong candidate
You'll be a natural communicator, who is
personable with the ability to interact, influence and
build relationships at all levels
Analytical, able to interpret data and trends, provide
recommendations and take appropriate action
