Description
You will be the HR Lead on site, dealing with HR issues and you will also be involved with a variety of projects across the site working closely with the management team. As the HR Manager you will be working on complex ER issues, providing appropriate solution-focused recommendations and resolutions. Provide a dedicated HR advisory service to the population of managers, advising on everything from absence to employee relations matters on site.
Profile
As the HR Lead you will have previous experience in a similar role with exposure to a large workforce, preferably in an operational environment and previous ER caseload management experience.
An excellent understanding of HR processes/procedures and employment law
Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels
