Morgan Philips are delighted to be hiring an HR Transformation Process Lead who will be responsible for developing and maintaining change management standards and guidelines to be used in the successful implementation of change programmes across the business. This is a permanent role paying up to £70,000pa + great package and hybrid working options are available.
You will develop and maintain standard processes for change management as well as tools and templates for use by programme / project teams. You will develop and deliver Group engagement plans, set up effective change networks across the business and support change impact assessment to identify key risks and resistance to successful implementation of change initiative. Supporting the Transformation Programme Office to delivery strategy, you will ensure alignment of change impact within organisational KPI’s and metrics.
Suitable candidates will be degree educated with an emphasis on organisational leadership or organizational development (or related field). You should also have formal qualifications in change and / or project management along with significant expertise in hands on end to end change management and a track record delivering large scale technology-enables change.
