ER case manager looking after high volumes.
The client is in the Public Sector
As ER/HR Manager you will be responsible for managing a large amount of ER casework from end to end. Working with the wider team and Senior managers to ensure process is fully compliant and to a high level.
The successful candidate will be minimum CIPD L5, with significant amount of HR generalist/ER experience and used to managing high volumes of ER casework.
On offer for the successful candidate is a contract role at Band 7, until March 2022 as a minimum and the potential to go permanent. There is hybrid working and flexible working.
