Payroll Administrator - Permanent - up to 23K+ Benefits - London
I am working with a much loved and respected British Charity with Strong roots in the UK who have recently celebrated their 100th year anniversary.
The Payroll Administrator will be working in a team of 3 reporting directly into the Payroll Supervisor with direct exposure to the Payroll Manager. Day to day with consist of supporting a payroll of 1800 across 4 different payrolls, consisting of timesheet and salary employees while providing support to the wider payroll function.
The successful Payroll Administrator on a permanent basis will be reporting into the Payroll Supervisor assisting/support with
- UK Payroll
- Dealing with Payroll queries.
- Processing payroll through Itrent.
Key Skills & Responsibilities'
- Processing from start to finish UK Payroll using Itrent.
- Providing support with payroll queries in a timely fashion.
- Maintaining HR/Payroll inbox with all new starter & leavers information along with any payroll related queries
- Collate, amend and process Timesheet based Payroll and reconcile on Itrent.
- Working closely with any starter or leaver changes in accordance with Payroll cycles.
- Good excel skills
