Your new company
This large public sector organisation based in Wolverhampton are looking to bring on board an interim, in a fixed term role between January and July 2022. This role will be to specialise in the field of reward to increase employee engagement across the business. The role will be predominately remote working it could involve on the odd occasion to travel to the Wolverhampton branch but this wont be often at all.

Your new role
Within this role they are looking for someone to develop a reward strategy with a view to increase employee engagement, review current terms and conditions around sick pay, annual leave etc, you will be required to create a recognition framework to build on the staff awards which supports managers and leaders to celebrate the successes of a diverse workforce. Reviewing the current benefits platform and redeveloping the volunteering policy.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need to be an experienced reward candidate who is immediately available and can start quickly. You will need to have prior experience in the above areas and be able to hit the ground running. If you have some public sector experience as well this would be an added bonus.
