HR Consultant (Projects)

Oakleaf Partnership are currently recruiting for a HR Consultant to join a Global Management Consultancy in the City to work alongside the HR Director on several exciting HR Projects!

The business is very well renowned within their industry and with 1800 staff across 20 different countries. This role will work across the UK and Europe.
Successful applicant will either be a recent Graduate or someone with up to c. 2 years' experience in a generalist position who is keen to get involved with more HR projects.

Examples of the type of projects you will be getting involved with (across Europe) include employee survey's, change management, talent news, organisational change, and staff referral schemes. Working directly with the HR Director, you will be liaising with multiple stakeholders across the business, delivering end to end project work.

If you consider yourself someone who has strong networking and relationship building skills, happy to get stuck in, manage multiple projects at once as well as liaise at all levels within a business, this role could be perfect for you!

Successful applicants will have the following:

- HR Degree and CIPD level 5/7
- At least one to two years' experience within generalist positions (straight out of Uni is fine!)
- A positive attitude with the motivation and drive to take on multiple projects at any one time.
