Job Details

A reputable diverse global Insurance company is looking for an interim HRBP on a 12 month FTC. This would also suit a senior HR Advisor or Junior HRBP looking for their next step. They are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference. You will be acting as a trusted advisor and will get involved in delivering people plans and managing senior stakeholders in a diverse and varied role. This is a really exciting time to join a growing business going through positive change!

Salary: £55000 to £65000

12 month FTC

Accountabilities include:

  • Working with the Head of HR to translate business strategy and group vision into an aligned people plan
  • Proactively partnering with the business to deliver a first class people strategy to attract and retain talent
  • Driving the talent and succession agenda
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and supporting, coaching, advising and influencing business leaders to increase engagement and performance
  • Working collaboratively with the Group HR Centres of Excellence, continuously improving the offering the business
  • Leading the business through the people elements of transformational change
  • Utilising the data from the HRIS, People Surveys and market intelligence to provide insights to influence decision making to make positive change
  • Leading the delivery of the annual performance and reward process

Skills & Experience

  • To apply you must have Senior HR Advisor, Junior HRBP or HRBP experience within Insurance, Financial Services, Property, Professional Services or a large commercial organisation
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, business intelligence and adaptability

  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels
