Executive Search Researcher Job

Do you want to join a fast paced business? Do you have an eye for Talent? If so, we may have the Job for you!

A great new role has come up working for a prestigious Media company who are looking to bring in an experienced Executive Search Researcher to join their team. You will join a collaborative recruitment team on a 12 month basis and they are looking for you to support the recruitment team on market mapping , candidate outreach and engagement.

They are looking for someone to start asap on a 12 month temp basis paying between £150 - 250 per day based on experience.

Executive Search Researcher Job - Requirements:

  • Need to have come from exec search function inhouse or in an agency.
  • Media industry experience would be a plus not essential.
  • Experience across UK and Europe essential exec mapping and research for the role and the team also does exec search for LATAM (LATAM not essential).

Executive Search Researcher Job - what you will be doing:

  • Director level and above - Corp structure is Director / ED / VP / SVP / MD / GM.
  • Identifying candidates across Productions, Creative and Research teams.
