A highly reputable, very successful global insurance company is looking for an interim Recruitment Business Partner for a 12 month FTC. You will be working within a professional environment and be part of a friendly and diverse team. You will be utilising your experience to offer a high quality and efficient service to your key stakeholders. This is a true Recruitment Business Partner role where you will be building strong relationships with the business, offering a consultative service to influence decisions and offer an excellent candidate service to build a diverse workforce. Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 plus benefits
Hybrid working
Accountabilities:
- Leading the end to end recruitment process including sourcing candidates from entry to senior level across the UK and EMEA
- Working with the stakeholders to advise on the best recruitment strategy utilising both direct and indirect sourcing methods, leading interviews and influencing decisions to ensure an inclusive hiring process
- Sourcing, screening and assessing competence of candidates, working with line managers and HR to offer an efficient service
- Helping to the position the company as an Employer of Choice through a seamless candidate experience
- Undertaking data analysis, looking at attrition, trends, business and people strategy to provide insights and feedback to the stakeholders
Skills and experience
- Previous inhouse recruitment experience either directly or from an RPO within insurance or financial services.
- You will be passionate about recruitment with strong delivery skills and a positive 'can do' attitude
- Good understanding of attraction strategies, EVP and process improvement
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and the ability to think strategically beyond the daily BAU requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills
- A European language would be an advantage but essential
