HR Advisor

Your new company
Our NHS client based in Leicester are currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor to work predominately on ER cases.

Your new role
Supporting an established HR Team supporting 3 Leicester based Hospitals you will be working on ER cases and providing advise to the management team. You will be asked to provide advise and support to the specified departments and Clinical Management Groups on Employee Relations, supporting them to meet their key workforce indicators.

You will be providing managers and staff with professional, comprehensive and timely HR Advice and support, ensuring that the service provided is consistent with defined quality standards. You will be responsible in ensuring HR Advice provided is legally compliant and organisational change adheres to the relevant policies, procedures and protocols.

This a full time role with hybrid working options and is initially for 3-6 months with the possibility to extend based on workloads.

What you'll need to succeed
Our NHS client are looking for experienced HR Advisors with a particular focus on Employee Relations and any prior experience within the NHS, Healthcare or similar is desired but not essential if you have extensive ER experience.

Due to the volume of cases the NHS client are looking for flexible, motivated and hard-working individuals who can manage their own workload and use their own initiative when working on cases.
