Job Details
We have a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager to join a leading FMCG organisation for a 12-month FTC.
This role will have overall responsibility of with the design and delivery of simplified recruitment processes and policies across all categories of hiring across the organisation as well a responsibility of the execution of global TA strategic initiatives.
You will lead, manage and effectively coach a talented team of Recruiters/Sourcers and TA Coordinators. The TA Manager will partner closely with leaders and HRBPs to understand the business strategy and develop a robust talent acquisition strategy in support of business needs and requirements. This includes driving the continued evolution and innovation of how recruitment services are delivered to the business, including talent analytics, employer branding, diversity recruitment, candidate & hiring manager experience initiatives.
The successful candidate will possess strong business knowledge, exhibit effective communication skills, understand recruiting across traditional and digital channels, have exceptional leadership skills, and demonstrate the ability to deliver world class customer service.
- Must have large team management experience
- Must have operated in a large, matrixed organisation - with international scope
- FMCG or similar industry experience would be a big plus
