And as such there is a real desire to bring in an experience HR Manager who will be able to drive forward HR process, policy and procedures. A true generalist role with a firm understanding on recruitment and how to attract, on-board and develop a broad ranger of skilled, white and blue collared staff to their family business. An example of role you will be recruiting will vary from accountants and sales to damp engineers, drainage engineers, painters and decorators, carpenters and building surveyors: Approximately 75 employees made up this growing family run business.
