Interim Payroll and Benefits Manager - £70K - Professional Services - 6 month FTC - London
My client is leading name within the professional services realm.
Currently they are in pursuit of a Payroll & Benefits Manager to join them on a 6 month FTC.
Reporting into the HRD, the successful candidate will need -
- solid experience as a Payroll & Benefits Manager overseeing a UK payroll remit
- proven ability of managing a team (current team is 4) or being an escalation point within a team
- be able to provide a seamless transition of the UK payroll
- be solution orientated and people centric
- to be available to start in December
This function is well performing with a good reputation, this role is to ensure the payroll continues as such and the payroll keeps its momentum going, despite the current incumbent retiring.
