Job Details
We are now looking to add to our UK business and recruit a Principal Consultant to work with our Assessment Practice Lea to manage and develop existing key accounts and secure new clients. This is a great opportunity to work within our European and Global teams.
Key Tasks will include:-
- Relationship development of new and existing accounts to fund opportunities for growth.
- Design and deliver consulting work.
- Design talent consulting proposals and solutions including - assessment/development centres, competency framework design, psychometric testing etc.
- Provide MI and SLA reports and updates.
- Agreeing SLA/Contracts on all management projects.
- Proactively manage projects profitability.
We are looking for someone who has expeirence on an international level for designing and delivering Assessment Centres. You will be proactive in your approach and have the ability to identify additional opportunities and support our clients.
You will also have MSc Occupational Psychology and fluency in German would be highly beneficial but not essential.
