Description
The position of Recruitment Manager will involve:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Partnering with the HR team and hiring managers
- Identify & assess top talent
- Ensure a positive and engaging recruitment process
- Being creative in sourcing methods, including events and social media
- Recruitment projects including D&I, EVP and branding
Profile
The ideal candidate for the position of Recruitment Manager will:
- Have proven recruitment experience from a fast growth environment
- Ideally come from a Media / Tech / Retail background
- Have recruited commercial and business support roles
- Have experience in driving D&I in recruitment
- Be an exceptional communicator
- Work well as a team, as well as autonomously
