Ashley Kate are pleased to be working alongside our not-for-profit client in the North West area in recruiting a brand new HR Advisor to join their team.

This role is permanent and working from home, with occasional travel to the Manchester office.

The company offer an opportunity to work for a business who pride themselves on development and are passionate about their people.
We seek a professional, with extensive experience, who can join this team in providing a high quality and responsive HR service to their workforce.

·The HR Advisor will support day to day operations and key HR projects
·Policy development
·TUPE, redundancy & Change projects
·Advice & Guidance on process, policies, and complex ER cases
·Review of HR Metrics and action planning

To be considered you will be a CIPD qualified HR professional or working towards, with extensive demonstrable experience in the above key areas of the role. Strong employment law knowledge is essential, In particular in managing employee relations.
You will have a passion for people and engagement, and live and breath company values, while having strong influencing skills and leading by example!!
