Interim Senior HR Manager EMEA (10-12M FTC) - BAU and Global projects- Up to 80k pro rata
A leading international media business has an opening for an Interim HR Manager to head up the EMEA HR team for a 10-12 month period. Supporting a client group pan EMEA of 1200 and working across a generalist HR remit managing a team of 7 people across EMEA, reporting to the Chief HR Officer, you will provide advice and guidance to the EMEA HR team, ensure global processes are standardised as well as HR alignment on global initiatives. Post merger, you will support a variety of harmonisation and integration activities spanning projects, culture, HRIS and process. This role is a 50:50 mix of business as usual and global project activity.
The successful candidate will have worked at a senior HR level in a complex, fast paced business ideally within the media sector or equivalent. You will have supported a client group spanning multiple countries in Europe and will have proven experience of business partnering with C suite stakeholders. Having managed a team spread across EMEA, you will also be able to demonstrate Post merger harmonisation activities including integration activities spanning projects, culture, HRIS and process. You will be quick to influence and engage at a senior level. It is essential that you can start a new role by 1st December 2021 and commit to a 10-12 month contract where you will be able to work in a hybrid model in the London office.
