Our client is ranked one of Europe's fastest - growing companies by the Financial Times 2020 and the business is going strength to strength. You will be a hands on HR Manager with a focus on coaching and developing managers to ensure processes are defined, embedded and implemented as the business grows. You will be working in a business of 100 initially but this is expected to grow two fold with high growth plans. Key projects for the role will be defining the HR processes and building an internal learning and development programme.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an individual to lead across employee experience, learning and development as well as all operational implementation.

• Help develop and build our employer brand
• Work with the communications team to manage internal communications, ensuring that they promote a strong culture
• Manage our internal programme from upskilling our employees covering both technical and consultancy skills
• Promote positive performance management across the business
• Manage the talent and succession planning process
• Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries
• Manage and advise on employee relations and coaching issues

We are looking for a HR Generalist for this role and someone who has experience in a high growth environment.
