The HR Business Partner opportunity is a commercially focused, strategic role for a professional services business based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.

My client is a professional services business that is growing by acquisition and looking to transform its people agenda.
Description
The HR Business Partner will be working closely on strategic projects with the leadership team of the business. They will also need to be involved with the day to day operational side of HR. The role is flexible in terms of work location with the expectation that the individual will be in the office circa 3 days per week.
Profile
In addition to being a proven generalist to be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate working strategically and influencing senior leadership across commercial decisions.
