This role will be to support and partner with senior stakeholders across the business to help execute and devise successful Talent Acquisition frameworks and strategy, within the IT Function.
Here is a unique opportunity to join an organisation who is bought into and successfully executing one of the most ambitious transformations out there. You will have a proven track record in a large, global organisation and knowledge in IT recruitment. More specifically, you will need to understand, interpret and translate business needs from an IT perspective to deliver a high standard of delivery and 1st class service to the business owners.
Main responsibilities:
- Be a strategic partner to the IT business function across the organisations footprint, understanding the business requirements and translating them into a successful talent acquisition strategy.
- Position yourself as a credible expert representing TA within the IT function, and push back where necessary.
- Manage an IT TA team across landscapes, putting performance at the forefront of what they do while providing meaningful leadership and people enablement.
- Operationally manage the full recruitment life cycle for key senior IT positions.
