HR System Administrator, Diss, Hybrid, Competitive Salary, International Corporate Business

Your new company
Your new company is an international group, with over 500 practices across the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands. They are currently seeking a HR systems administrator to join their team in Diss. The key focus of the role is to be the first point of contact for day to day systems support, and administrative activities.

Hybrid work is offered, but you will be required to spend some time within the office.

The role has emerged due to tremendous growth, and an influx of new starters.

Your new role
Within your new role, you'll be assisting with a wide range of HR mailbox and phone queries.You'll be providing first line technical support, recording details, actions, and assigning complex issues to the service desk, analyst, or Systems Manager.

Additionally, you'll be supporting the employee self-service, such as password resets, line changes, and general guidance.

You'll also be supporting the HR Systems team with administrative tasks, user acceptance testing, systems enhancements, and covering for other team members in their absence, or when delegated. You'll also be taking minutes during the system project meetings, and supporting with the production of key system documentation.

Moreover, you'll be ensuring that basic governance is followed, and building and maintaining good relationship with all colleagues across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you'll have great interpersonal skills and experience with individuals on all levels. You'll be able to work to a high attention of detail, and have the ability to organise and manage time effectively.

You'll have a professional, confident and pleasant manner, with a strong work ethic. You'll be pro-active, conscientious and be able to show initiative, and work independently.

You must be competent in the Microsoft office suite, including word and excel, and be able to competently work adhering to GDPR.
