I am recruiting for a not for profit in the City of London. They have an urgent need for a hands on Recruitment Business Partner to join them on a 6 month fixed term contract
This role will be recruiting for high volume transportation and logistics positions across London and the UK
This role will mainly be remote, with occasional travel to site into London
This role is paying £45.000 - £55.000 depending on experience
The Resourcing Manager will oversee and co-ordinate all recruitment activity across the group. As the subject matter expert, the postholder will provide advice and guidance on appropriate attraction activity, recruitment processes and will be instrumental on achieving fast and efficient recruitment activity.
Working with senior managers and HR to understand and anticipate key resource requirements to ensure the development of resourcing strategies that meet both current and future organisational needs.
Devising and implementing recruitment plans, campaigns and activity within agreed deadlines ensuring that recruiting managers are properly consulted and informed, with all vacancies filled within the shortest possible time.
Acting as the recruitment subject matter expert on employee resourcing strategies to provide innovative, cost effective and timely solutions.
Managing and developing recruitment processes and coaching and advising managers in the implementation of robust recruitment and selection processes.
Conducting shortlisting and selection interviews, up to and including senior leadership team levels.
Evaluating and reporting progress against resourcing activity to demonstrate effectiveness and value.
Where appropriate, act as an internal 'headhunter' conducting targeted recruitment activity.

Experience of high volume recruitment for blue collar/ logistics positions nationally
