HR Administrator

Ashley Kate are delighted to be partnering with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are looking to appoint a HR Assistant on an initial 6 month FTC.
 
This is due to growth so there is a strong chance that this role will go permanent.
 
The role is based in Amersham but will be fully hybrid with the expectation to be present in the business at least 1-2 days a month. The salary is up to £28k.
 
This is an important role where the successful candidates for this role must have comprehensive administration experience.
 
In this role, you will be supporting the day to day operations within the HR team, which will include administering all aspects of the HR processes and procedures, supporting the full employee life cycle.
 
What you will be doing:
 
- Providing administration support across the full employee life cycle.
- New starters and leavers administration.
- Maintaining accurate HR and employee records, including regularly updating the HR systems.
- Preparing HR documentation.
- Monitoring the HR inbox and handling queries or escalating where necessary.
 
Key experience -
 
·1-2 years HR administration experience.
·Advanced keyboard skills, software expertise, Word, Excel.
·Experience of working with a HR database.
·Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate and up to date records.
