HR Generalist

Full time HR Generalist, based in Deeside, Minimum of six months. Office based, immediate start.

My client one of the leading colleges based in Deeside is seeking a professional HR Generalist to start a 6 month full time assignment ASAP.

Your new role
You will be working as part of a fast-paced HR team and dealing with a variety of HR functions including HR Administration, Advisory and Recruitment The position is being offered as full time - Monday - Friday 09.00am - 17.00pm (some flexibility) and you will be based on site at the campus.

Some of your duties will include but not limited too Dealing with personnel files Updating HR Systems HR Advisory duties
Advertising all available vacancies
Screening applicants
Sourcing candidates
Booking interviews
Working closely with hiring managers and members of the wider HR team
Updating files
General HR administration
Speaking about role opportunities

Please note that if you are successful in your application an enhanced DBS will be required

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills
Ability to deal with all levels of management
Excellent administrative skills
Passion for providing a first class customer service
