Client Details
Our client are a well-known successful fashion retailer with offices in Manchester. They are recruiting for an HR Systems & Data Analyst to join and support the HR team with the maintenance of workforce data and the optimisation of systems performance to enhance ways of working
Description
The key responsibilities for the HR Systems & Data Analyst are working with key stakeholders to collate feedback and determine requirements, maintaining data across all people systems for the development and delivery of reports and metrics, preparing and presenting data and analysis to support strategic planning and compliance, implementing new system processes, maintaining knowledge of system upgrades, preparing and delivering systems training materials to key stakeholders and the wider business, managing third party relationships, conducting audits on processes and data to ensure compliance with GDPR, adhoc project work when required. The role is based in Manchester.
Profile
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Previous experience of HR Systems
- Strong ability to maintain, gather and interpret volumes of data
- Strong technical support skills
- Computer literacy with MS Office
- Excellent organisational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
