Oakleaf are working with an exciting and innovating Fintech business who are looking for an experienced Corporate functions recruiter to come in and support the team.

They want you to be responsible for recruiting and sourcing high-quality candidates, supporting HR operations, and onboarding new hires. They are looking for you to have the ability to manage internal stakeholders and identify the best talent on the market.

The role is on an initial 6-month contract with the opportunity to go permanent. The role is paying between £55-65,000 based on experience.

Senior Recruiter - Corporate Functions Job Responsibilities

- Define and execute our Corporate hiring strategies to successfully scale the UK & EU team

- Source and hire top Corporate talent across a variety of roles and teams, from entry-level to senior level

- Manage a busy and constant pipeline of candidates from initial engagement all the way through to hire

- Use data and market information to partner with hiring teams and lead best hiring practices to ensure we are engaging the right talent

- Utilise sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, as well as your existing network and market knowledge to maintain a consistent candidate flow for current and future openings

- Assist us in creating and maintaining a world-class candidate experience

Senior Recruiter - Corporate Functions Job requirements:

- In-depth understanding of market mapping, talent research, and candidate identification will be well regarded

- Comfortable using talent market insights and data to influence decisions with leadership groups and cross-functional teams

- A natural ability to build strong working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners

- Experience recruiting across a variety of corporate skill-sets at a variety of levels

- Skilled in hiring and closing for both junior and senior-level talent in extremely competitive markets with the ability to design an excellent candidate experience for all candidates

- Excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and superb time management skills
