HR Manager - Law Firm - Global Focused - Recruitment Biased

14 Month FTC Up to £75,000 London based - Flexible working (Ideally 4 days within the London office) Your new company

This role is working for a globally renowned Law firm who have an expertise in ligation. They develop their staff which puts them is the best position to attract and retain talent individuals.
Your new role Within this role you will be a key part of the recruitment process of executive partners into the firm. You will have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the firm and their future visions.

  • Daily you will provide a consultative approach to high level recruitment
  • Client groups which you'll be supporting are senior partners within this firm, including the Managing Director, Finance Directors, etc
  • To attract, consult and network with other executive partners within the legal industry to recruit into the business
  • Working across the global business to support managers with their recruitment process, including interviewing, liaising with potential candidates, and providing a first-class candidate experience
  • Providing an outstanding onboarding process to new starters
  • Daily you will be representing the firms' standards, expectations, and credibility to the external market
  • Champion the promotion and career development within the organisation
  • Work closely with the tax, risk and compliance team in relation to HR matters
  • Strategize and deliver key incentives within the business to support the Head of HR


What you'll need to succeed

To enable you to excel in this role you will have the ability to be a true business partner to the executive team. You will have the ability to show demonstrable
knowledge of recruiting into the legal field and be extremely creditable.

  • Experience of working as a HR Manager within a law firm is essential
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders and partner with others up to C Suite level
  • Professional approach to your colleagues, internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to line manage, this role will have 2 direct reports (HR assistant and Recruitment assistant)
  • Preferable, but not essential- experience of recruiting into executive positions within the legal field
