  • West London Location - Must be able and happy to go into the office 3-4 days per week

We have a great opportunity for an experienced and highly organised HR Co-ordinator to join a prestigious and well-regarded charity. In this role you will be responsible for providing a broad range of generalist HR support and administration.

The role responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting employees by responding to HR related queries and as necessary escalate to appropriate HR colleagues.
  • Advise managers on employee relation issues
  • Update and maintain HR files
  • End to end recruitment, job descriptions, advertising, interview coordination, RTW and DBS checks
  • Provide timely processing and production of all HR documentation and lettering, including contracts of employment and offer letters
  • Prepare monthly payroll data
  • Monitor probationary process of new starters
  • Assist in policy reviews and updates
  • Absence management, maternity, paternity administration
  • Support onboarding and offboarding

The person:

  • Proven experience in a HR administrative role
  • Proven experience in using HR and Management Information system.
  • Experience of providing standard HR related documentation.
  • Experience of providing end to end recruitment admin support
  • Excellent understanding of employment legislation
  • Ability to check and provide updates to payroll
  • Strong attention to detail and be highly organised.
  • Strong IT skills - Word, Excel, and databases
