An Interim Recruiter role near Guildford pays up to £40,000 pa supporting a market leading engineering brand.
Your new company
A marketing leading engineering technology organisation with big growth plans. Due to these plans, an Interim Recruiter is required for an initial period of 6 months.
Your new role
Working closely with the Senior HR Team, you will be expected to take ownership of driving the recruitment strategy and success throughout your contract. You will manage an end to end process, liaising with and coaching managers on their needs, the market and what good will look like.
Alongside supporting the implementation of ATS, you will also streamline and ensure the accuracy of the internal recruitment process. You will own the recruitment diary, coordinating interviews and onboarding processes, as well as maintaining market presence through effective job management and advertising campaigns.
With a focus on line manager relations and development, the business will want to implement a best practice hiring guide that can be shared with key stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an internal recruitment role, preferably in engineering or automotive.
A creative streak and a can do attitude. Previous experience of ATS implementation.
