Exciting opportunity to work with a successful and growing firm as a SSC Manager. Supporting HR and recruitment team on day to day operations to drive the efficiency of the team and get the most out of third party providers and partners.

Client Details

This leading consultancy organisation have an enviable reputation for being an employer of choice globally based in excellent offices in Watford, they are a flexible employer offering a hybrid working opportunity and great transport link. This SSC manager will lead a team of 15 individuals across administration, customer service and recruitment activities and therefore be an organised individual with great people management skills.

Description

SSC Manager:

  • Managing 15 administrative staff carrying out recruitment and operational support tasks that include, dealing with contracts, new starters and on boarding activities
  • Managing work load of the team, allocating responsibilities to the team
  • 1 to 1 and appraisal review
  • monthly reporting and KPIs
  • Coaching and developing the team

Profile

SSC Manager Character and skills:

  • Previous people management skills ideally with 10+ people
  • Experience gained in a professional industry
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels
  • High level of resilience
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Experienced gained from working within project teams
  • Live within commutable location to Watford
