A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an interim HR Shared Services Transformation Lead. You will be joining this highly reputable Insurance organisation which is going through exciting Business Transformation and People Change. Utilising your experience you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for their HR Shared Services, designing and implementing new ways of working in order for the team to deliver an efficient and consistent service to the business.

Salary: £110-£120,000 plus bens plus bonus

9 month FTC

Accountabilities

  • Defining and creating the HR Shared Services vision and strategic direction
  • Designing an efficient and effective HRSS function relating to the full employee lifecycle
  • Guiding and mentoring the HR Shared Services Manager in preparation to leading BAU once the new model has been established
  • Providing accurate management information and providing insights that meets the needs of a range of stakeholders
  • Identifying and implementing efficiencies and simplicity of service to enable the HR advisors to support on more complex matters
  • Developing robust processes which ensure the maintenance and integrity of all HR systems and data
  • Defining SLA's and KPI's across the employee lifecycle and put in place appropriate measurements and metrics
  • Identifying innovative solutions to improve technology, automation and service delivery

Skills & Experience

  • You must have experience of working as an HR Leader within HR Operations/HR Shared Services
  • You must have experience of transforming HR Shared Services enabling them to be more efficient
  • You must have gained the above experience at some point in your career within financial services or a regulated environment
  • You must demonstrate a thorough understanding of operational excellence within HR Shared Services
  • You will have the leadership capability of implementing or upgrading an integrated HR System
  • You will have a collaborative working style and work well in a team
  • Demonstrate a strong customer focus mindset, passionate about offering a positive employee experience and driving continuous improvement for all processes
