HR Officer - Charity Sector - Swansea - Start ASAP - Permanent Opportunity

Your new company
You'll be working for one of Wales' largest charity organisations, joining at a pivotal point in the organisation's history. This company is based in Llansamlet area of Swansea and work on a hybrid basis.

Your new role
As HR Officer you will report into the Head of HR supporting across all day to day operational HR functions. You'll be responsible for conducting investigations and hearings with line managers and coordinating ER casework. You'll also be providing HR advice to managers at a day to day level. You'll be working closely with other aspects of the HR team including L&D, Recruitment, Culture and Payroll.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to have proven recent experience in a HR related role. CIPD qualification would be advantageous but not essential. You'll need to have confidence to take ownership of certain responsibilities and be able to demonstrate your competence on the matter.

What you'll get in return
This a permanent role. Additionally to a starting salary of £24,191 you'll benefit from enhance annual leave and sickness allowance. Holidays start at 25 days plus bank holidays. You'll also be entitled to non contributory life assurance and can opt into additional benefits such as private healthcare.
