I have partnered with a fantastic global Trading firm in their search for a brand-new HR Generalist position in their London office. The current set up is a Head of HR, Senior HR Generalist & HR Coordinator, with this position being a brand-new role due to the growth of the organisation & the exciting plans that they have in store. The role (as the title suggests) is extremely generalist, with exposure to all aspects of HR, excluding payroll as this sits with Finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Being a part of a small, yet fast paced HR department requires you to have exposure to a large range of duties, from administration through to advisory aspects
  • Manage the full employee life cycle end to end
  • Proactively build relationships with the client base to ensure they're comfortable to come to you for all first line queries
  • Proactively ensure that all HR policies and procedures are followed & kept up to date
  • Assist the Head of HR with benchmarking and annual salary reviews

Skills:

  • Degree educated or hold a CIPD qualification
  • Strong generalist experience, ideally within a Financial Services environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to work in a small fast paced environment
