Ashley Kate are excited to be supporting our tech client as they recruit for a brand new role during a period of growth! The Senior HR Advisor will be joining this global business in the Northwest, being based at home with some working and their Warrington and Manchester offices.

This is an opportunity to join a business who are passionate about their culture and people development. The Senior HR Advisor will work as part of a wider UK team, but work autonomously for the North west sites, in a role with future growth opportunities.

The role:
Partnering stakeholders, coaching them and supporting them through change
Leading and coaching stakeholders through ER, performance and absences
Leading and supporting in change project work such as acquisitions, restructures, TUPE
HR engagement and well being initiatives
On boarding and employee life cycle
Social committee and CRS events

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced HR advisor who can lead on projects, and has exposure to change. Ideally you will be CIPD level 5 and have experience in a tech/software. You will be passionate about people, ambitious, and want to embed a positive working culture!
