As Recruitment Advisor working for one of world's leading multinational professional services businesses you will be working with the very latest technology, in a supportive and inclusive culture where you can develop a career individually tailored for you.

In this pivotal role, you will be part of the UK&I Resource Management team which is recognised as an integral enabler to the growth of business, resourcing project support and lead consultants and managers and allocating on to various projects across the business.

The role of Recruitment Advisor will suit an already experienced PMO Resourcer or a recruitment specialist who is highly confident with liaising with strong external stakeholders in a role with lots of moving parts and variety.

This is a hybrid role with a mix of working from home and in the Manchester office.

The role of the Recruitment Advisor is a key position.
You will best placed to make unbiased commercial decisions in placing the right resource to the right project.
You will need to know all the commercials around each engagement and rate of each consultant, ensuring that the project/s are not making a loss.
Supporting the consultants through training, personal development and any performance related matters.

Key responsibilities;

*Analyse & takes action on resourcing performance
*Share business performance and discuss trends, interventions and actions to improve results and drive performance
*Oversight of non-chargeable activity e.g. holiday approval Action non-chargeable and authorised projects insights and highlighting areas of concern
*Ensure optimal demand and supply management for resource deployment
*Use knowledge of clients and their capability requirements combined with an understanding of skills and career aspirations of individuals to make resourcing decisions
*Manage the bench/capacity and identify creative opportunities to optimise productivity and profitability
