Page Personnel are currently partnering with a global accountancy practice, based in Liverpool City Centre, who are looking to recruit a HR Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced HR Assistant to take the next step in their career.

Description

The HR Team Leader will:

  • Escalation point of contact for key advice and guidance for employees
  • Collate information and prepare reports to improve processes
  • Ensuring all HR processes are up to date in line with employment law
  • Work collaboratively to ensure any HR related projects are delivered within the set time frames
  • Line management duties
  • Assisting with HR administration within all areas of the employee lifecycle
  • Maintaining the HRIS system
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

Profile

The successful HR Team Leader will have:

  • A proven track record of working within a busy HR team, ideally within a supervisory capacity
  • A solid understanding of GDPR
  • CIPD qualified (or working towards)
  • Experience of project management
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
