Morgan Philips are currently looking for an Senior HR Administrator to support a busy, growing HR Team on a permanent basis. The business operates a hybrid model - currently 1 day per week in the office, but this is likely to increase from Jan.
Duties will include:
* Processing all new starters and leavers including production of induction packs, reference requests, company handbooks, leaver letters and holiday payments.
* Creating and maintaining all employee personnel files, ensuring archiving of leavers and cleansing of information held in line with the Data Protection Act.
* Responsible for data control and maintenance of HRIS, ensuring these are kept up to date at all times for reporting and analysis purposes.
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding administration and liaising with the training function to carry out new colleague inductions.
Suitable candidates will ideally be working towards a CIPD qualification and have worked in Financial Services previously and will have strong IT skills. You will be a confident communicator, highly organised with strong attention to detail and a team player with a 'can do' attitude.
