Oakleaf is proud to be partnering a fast growing global business in the education sector in their search for a new Head of International Talent Acquisition. This role will be based in the London office one to two days a week but with a global remit and managing a team of 4 direct reports.
This high-profile new role represents an unparalleled opportunity to make a significant and lasting impact in a high growth business. The Head of International Talent Acquisition is accountable for leading and developing a global Talent Team to recruit talent in a challenging market. The Head of Talent will bring strategic vision, focus and innovation to enable future growth in a competitive market.
The successful candidate will be commercially astute whilst understanding the importance of great candidate experience and employer branding. They will have strong stakeholder management.
